Nextaur is a business-to-business software-as-a-service (B2B SaaS) platform for managing, actively learning from, and analyzing audiovisual content, aimed at training organizations, clubs, federations, and instructors. Access to and use of this website and platform confers User status and implies acceptance of the provisions included in this Legal Notice.

Browsing the public website is free and unrestricted. However, use of the SaaS platform and subscription to plans (Free, Starter, Professional, Enterprise) is subject to prior express acceptance of our Terms and Conditions of Use.

Please note that registration on the platform is restricted to users aged 14 or over, and you must be at least 18 years old and have sufficient legal capacity to register and contract on behalf of an Organization.

The owner (Erik Armenteros del Castillo) owns or holds the corresponding licenses for the intellectual and industrial property exploitation rights of the website, including but not limited to: the "Nextaur" trademark, logos, source code, design, navigation structure, texts, and platform algorithms.

  • Training, sports, or officiating decisions made based on use of the technical tool.
  • Copyright, honor, or privacy infringements arising from content uploaded by users.
  • Service interruptions due to technical maintenance, infrastructure provider failures, or force majeure.

The website may contain links to social networks (such as Instagram or X) or third-party platforms (such as Stripe for payments or Google for authentication). Nextaur assumes no responsibility for the privacy policies, terms of use, or content of such external websites.
